H142X hydraulic water level control valve, it is a hydraulic control valve that automatically controls the water level of the water tank and water tower in various industries in China. Its common functional form introduction: When the water surface drops more than the preset value, the float valve opens, the pressure of the upper chamber of the piston decreases, and the pressure difference is formed above and below the piston. Under this pressure difference, the valve flap opens to perform the water supply operation; when the water level rises to At the preset height, the float valve is closed and the pressure on the upper chamber of the piston is increased so that the valve flap is closed to stop the water supply. This reciprocating automatic control of the liquid level at the set height enables automatic water supply. This product is generally applicable to automatic water supply systems for various water tanks (pools) and water towers in water treatment systems, industrial and mining enterprises, and civil buildings. Before installing the valve, our first step is to check whether the valve pipe meets the basic requirements of the installation and the quality of the valve. Secure the valve vertically to the inlet pipe and tighten the control, shut-off and float valve connections to the valve. The valve inlet and outlet pipe connection flanges H142X-4T-A are 0.6MPa standard flanges; H142X-10-A is 1MPa standard flanges. The diameter of the inlet pipe should be greater than or equal to the nominal diameter of the valve, and the outlet should be lower than the float valve. The float valve should be installed more than one meter away from the water pipe; a small hole is drilled in the water tank above the water level line to prevent direct water return. When in use, the shut-off valve should be fully open. If more than two valves are installed in the same pool, they should be kept at the same level. Since the main valve is closed, the float valve should be closed for about 30 to 50 seconds, so the water tank should have enough free space to prevent overflow. In order to prevent impurities and sand from entering the valve and causing work failure, a filter should be installed in front of the valve. If installed in a groundwater tank, an alarm device should be installed in the underground pump room.
