The hydraulic control valve is a valve that is opened, closed and adjusted by the pressure of the pipeline medium. There are many types of pilot valves that can be used with a single pilot valve or a combination of two pilot valves. The pilot valve operates with the change of the liquid level and pressure of the medium, and the main valve is separately and compositely adjusted for the water level, water pressure and flow rate.

The hydraulic control valve has nine types: remote control float valve, pressure reducing valve, slow closing check valve, flow controller, pressure relief valve, electric control valve, water pump control valve, differential pressure bypass valve and emergency shut-off valve. The valve opening and closing structure mainly adopts a diaphragm type. There are diaphragm-type and piston-type structures such as multi-function water pump control valves, adjustable pressure reducing regulators, hydraulic automatic control valves, and Hydraulic Valves.
Connection method:
The hydraulic control valve opens and closes the bypass line connection mode: the inlet bypass line is connected under the diaphragm control chamber or the piston cylinder, and the outlet bypass line is connected above the diaphragm control chamber or the piston cylinder. When the medium pressure of the inlet is greater than the regulating pressure and the outlet pressure, the hydraulic medium enters the lower chamber to complete opening. It is not adjusted until the upper and lower chambers are equal in pressure. When the medium pressure of the outlet is greater than the regulating pressure and the inlet pressure, the hydraulic medium enters the upper chamber to complete the closing of the valve. It can be seen that the hydraulic control valve is automatically opened, closed and adjusted by the medium pressure of the inlet and outlet.
