Introduction of Flow Dividers

Since the shunt is a fixed displacement device, the change of external load pressure and oil viscosity has little effect on its performance. Of course, due to the problems of volumetric efficiency and mechanical efficiency, it will have a slight influence on the precise shunt. In order to ensure efficient and precise operation of the splitter, the splitter is preferably operated near the rated input flow point. For a splitter consisting of multiple discs, it is preferable that the two input ports are connected externally so that the splitter can reach the highest Performance. Obviously, accuracy of Flow Divider is up to accyracy of gears and relative spare parts. Its should be noted that flow accuracy is also related to the factors below: System pressure, viscosity of hydraulic liquid, load that each power unit bears and overall flow. These factors should be taken into account at time of application. Flow divider can be integrated with relief valve, check valve and govenor valve, protecting system pressure and filling the oil.
